Tru Power Forms Industry Advisory Board
Tru Power announced the formation of an industry Advisory Board to develop outreach into key target industry sectors for its micro-energy power solutions. Members are appointed for their knowledge and direct experience to problem solve, explore options/concepts and provide strategic direction.
N. Ross Thompson III
Ross Thompson served for 36 years in the United States Army, retiring as a Lieutenant General. Final assignment was serving as the Principal Military Deputy, Assistant Secretary of the Army
(Acquisition, Logistics and Technology), the Army’s senior acquisition officer. He also served as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer from 2010-2015 of an integrated facilities management company with over $700 million in annual revenue and 7,100 employees across the
U.S. and in 10 international locations. From 2016-2019 he served as a Commissioner on a
Congressional panel charged with making recommendations on actionable changes to regulatory and statutory language to improve the Department of Defense acquisition process. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors/Advisors for four companies focused on defense and commercial research, development, prototyping and manufacturing.
Henry J. Cialone
Henry Cialone is currently President and CEO- EWI (Edison Welding Institute), a national
leader for the role of technology in manufacturing competitiveness and the resurgence of US manufacturing. Created Strategic Alliance with CWB Group of Canada. Henry has 30+ years experience in management, CEO and Board roles creating business opportunities through
technological innovation, and procurement of Federal and industry funding. Extensive
experience in technology commercialization for energy applications. His executive experience includes 24 years with Battelle Memorial Institute, the world’s largest independent R&D firm. Various roles focused primarily on the energy industry and adjacent verticals including defense.
